Prices for Transcription Services

We believe in keeping our prices for transcription services very simple and straightforward. That is why we charge a per audio minute rate. Using this type of pricing allows the customer to know in advance exactly how much they will pay for a given transcription project.

PRICE LIST

Standard Turnaround Prices:
(Standard turnaround is usually 2 – 4 days)

1 – 3 speakers = $1.75 per audio minute
4 or more speakers = $3.00 per audio minute

Rush Turnaround Prices
(24 hours or less)

1 – 3 speakers = $2.00 per audio minute
4 or more speakers $4.00 per audio minute

Spanish Transcription Pricing:

Spanish to Spanish $3.75 per audio minute
Spanish to English $5.75 per audio minute

Please note these prices are valid for jobs uploaded directly to our website and not sent by an alternative method. There is a surcharge for files sent by Dropbox, e-mail, other download links, etc. To receive the above pricing, you MUST upload through our website.
