Our mp3 transcription services are an efficient way to turn your audio files into written text format.  All transcripts are returned in a Microsoft Word document.  If you prefer another format that can be arranged as well.

We also provide wma transcription, as well as dss, dss2, mp4, mp4a, wav, and many other audio and video file formats.

Pioneer offers fast turnaround, high quality transcripts at a very affordable price. Most small jobs can be returned to you in around 24 hours.

We are experts at handling the transcription of recorded interviews for various purposes, as well as speeches, seminars, presentations, You Tube videos, et cetera.

Because we maintain a highly qualified staff of typists in the United States, we can even handle your larger transcription projects without sacrificing turnaround time or quality. One project manager is assigned to your project from beginning to end, making sure name spellings are consistent, quality is up to par, and deadlines are met. You can rest assured that your transcription project is in good hands.

Our prices are straightforward and simple. We charge $1.75 per audio minute for one-on-one interviews (up to three speakers) and standard turnaround time. Standard turnaround time is usually two to three days, but many times even less. We do offer a rush service at the rate of $2.00 per audio minute and you are guaranteed to have your job back in 24 hours or less. (This is for one hour or less of audio only.)  More than four speakers is charged at a higher rate.

We have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, which we are very proud of.  We work hard to make our customers happy and satisfied.
