We have transcribed hundreds of hours of Zoom calls over the past two years, but we were transcribing Zoom calls even before the pandemic.  Clients use these when they can't meeting in person, want to collaborate with colleagues in other cities, and for a wide variety of different reasons.  We are here to help make your life easier.

How to use our Zoom Meeting Transcription service:

Ordering a Zoom transcript is easy.  Just upload your file here, filling in a little bit of information such as your name, email, how you would like your speakers identified and if you want us to include the ums and uhs or leave them out.  You can also just click the Upload a File button on the top menu bar to get to this page.

We can also pick audio and video files up at any location you have, such as a Dropbox or Google Drive if that is more convenient for you.

Once we receive your audio or video file, we will create a professional transcript in Microsoft Word format that you can use for your own purposes. 

Our prices are $1.75 per audio minute for up to four people and standard turnaround.  Rush transcripts are $2.00 per audio minute.  For more than four people, please see our Focus Group transcription rates.
