Our police and law enforcement transcription service includes police interviews and interrogations, 911 calls, internal affairs interviews, victim and witness statement transcription, etc.  We have been providing services for the law enforcement industry, including police, sheriff offices, county courts, attorneys and private investigators since 1990.  This was one of our very first markets and we continue to work hard to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Outsourcing your transcription needs is a great way to go because your staff can be freed up to handle more important issues.  You only pay for the services you need on an as-needed basis.  There is never a minimum monthly requirement or fee.  There is no set-up fee. You do not need to pay an employee (and their taxes, health benefits, etc.) to provide these services.

We have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and take great pride in providing quality transcripts to our clients.  All of our transcriptionists have passed testing and continuously undergo strict quality assurance procedures.  All of our typists are based in the United States.  We do not send our work offshore to non-native speakers.  

Our process is very simple.  You can upload a file to us at any time of day or night.  Our team will transcribe per your instructions and after a quality control check your transcripts are sent back to you in a timely manner.  For legitimate entities we invoice monthly for all work completed during the previous month.

Our rates are very affordable at $1.75 per audio minute for standard turnaround time (which is usually two days) or $2.00 per audio minute for rush turnaround time (24 hours).  We only charge extra for multiple speakers (5 speakers or more), which is $3.00 per audio minute.  Our customers love this pricing structure because they always know what any given audio file will cost to have transcribed. 

We take confidentiality very seriously.  All typists have signed confidentiality agreements and we continually stress to them the importance of all work being absolutely confidential.
