Pioneer's financial transcription services are consistently of high quality at an affordable price.  We handle transcripts for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and many United States corporations.

We can handle your earnings call transcription needs, meetings, interviews and presentations.  

All the typists who work with Pioneer are based in the United States to ensure the highest quality possible for our clients.  We are well-versed in financial terminology and expert researchers in finding unfamiliar names and terms.

Our rates are straightforward and simple.  For less than 4 speakers it is always $1.75 per audio minute for standard turnaround (approximately two days) and $2.00 for rush turnaround (24 hours or less).  For more than four speakers the rate is more because of the back and forth that usually ensues when multiple speakers are present.  If it is an organized, one speaker at a time type of situation we can do it for our standard rate as well.

Our process is very simple.  You simply upload your files at your convenience (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year).  You will be asked a few simple questions such as your name, company name, email address, how you would like speakers identified and if you want us to include the ums and uhs and stutters in your transcripts or leave them out for a cleaner read.  We will then have one of our experienced and talented transcriptionists transcribe your audio file into a Microsoft Word document which is then returned to you.  Invoicing is typically done at the end of each month, but if you need more frequent invoicing we can do that for you as well. We can handle virtually any audio or video file type.

We have been in business since 1990 and we have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, which we take very seriously.  We provide continuous training to our typing team and are always providing quality assurance checks on the transcripts we produce, ensuring accurate transcripts for our clients.  Confidentiality is always of our highest concern.  All typists have signed  confidentiality agreements and we provide a secure and encrypted file transfer for sending and receiving audio files and transcripts.
