What Makes Our Documentary Transcription Services The Best?

Quite honestly, it's our team of transcriptionists.  All of our transcriptionists are intelligent, accurate and based in the United States.  We could outsource our work to other countries in order to reduce costs, but we are firm believers in keeping the jobs here in the United States, and we truly believe that you will get far superior transcripts because we only hire the best.  Our typists are passionate about the work they do and go the extra mile proofreading with care, researching unfamiliar terms, places and names, and providing high-quality transcripts.

Our rates are very competitive at just $1.75 per audio minute for standard turnaround time (if you upload your files directly to our system using the Upload a File link).  We charge just slightly more for rush services or if you send us a link to download from a Dropbox or Google Drive account of yours.  We offer two complementary timestamps per page.  We are happy to include them more often if you need them more frequently than two per page and it is just .25 per audio minute more.  We also always timestamp anything we cannot hear or understand at no additional cost to you.
