Are you looking for accurate transcription services?  Pioneer is one of the best and most accurate transcription services in the industry.  We constantly strive for the highest quality transcripts, transcribing exactly what is spoken in your audio or video files.  Our tagline says it all - Always Accurate Transcripts.

We do not use artificial intelligence or voice recognition software to create our transcripts.  Each transcript is created by one of our highly trained transcriptionists based in the United States.  We continuously work at finding correct spellings for names and places by researching extensively when working on a project.  We take our time in making sure we are transcribing exactly what is spoken and not just "slopping out the work." Our transcription team is tested before hire and have ongoing training and feedback from our quality assurance team.

We take confidentiality very seriously as well.  All transcriptionists have signed confidentiality agreements and we are always willing to sign any specific confidentiality agreements which clients may wish us to sign. 

We pride ourselves on producing the very best transcripts possible because we know how important accuracy is for all documents.  We specialize in interviews, recorded statements, dictation and legal documents.

We have been in business since 1990 and we have an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau, which we are very proud of.  We are not one of the super large transcription companies, but rather we are a small "mom and pop" operation with about 25 transcriptionists.  Compare this to some companies that have hundreds, if not thousands of transcriptionists.  It is very difficult to keep track of quality control when working with a larger number of team members.  We consider ourselves sort of a boutique transcription service, giving each of our clients individual attention and care.  We answer emails and phone calls promptly. 

Our rates are straightforward so you always know the price you pay when you send us files.  We charge $1.75 per audio or video minute for standard turnaround (2 to 5 days) and $2.00 per audio or video minute for rush turnaround (next day).  This is based on less than four English speakers.  If you have a multiple speaker file or Spanish, please contact us for those rates.

It is easy to send us files for transcription.  Just look for the Upload Files Now button on the right menu bar.  The first time you send files you will be asked a few questions and then be able to browse for your files and click upload.  Please do not hesitate to call us with any questions you may have at (530) 913-3051.  We are in California and are open 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
