We offer a file transfer service right on our website that allows you to upload multiple files quickly and securely.  Once you upload your audio files to us, the work goes into our queue where typists "claim" the job and they transcribe every word with great accuracy.  Our quality assurance process is rigorous and our typists are some of the best in the industry.  We continuously spot check their work to ensure they are keeping to our high standards.  

All work is absolutely confidential - guaranteed!  Each typist has signed a confidentiality agreement and we stress the importance of confidentiality to our transcription team often.  We are willing to sign any additional confidentiality agreements you may require as well.

Our rates are just $1.75 per audio minute for one-on-one interviews, so you always know the cost before you ever upload a file.  Turnaround is usually two days, but sometimes even sooner.  If you need rush service we offer that too at $2.00 per audio minute.  We do not charge extra for difficult audios.  This rate applies for up to four speakers!  If you have more than four speakers on one audio interview it is slightly higher.

We are happy to set insurance companies up on a 30-day billing cycle for your convenience.

We can provide Spanish transcription services on a limited basis (turnaround time varies).
